All hypnosis sessions are pre-paid, including Hypnotherapy Programs and personalized sessions.  If a clients requests a series of personalized session, all sessions in that series must be pre-paid in order for them to be written & prepared prior to your appointments.  This is standard within the Hypnotherapy profession.

Why does this policy exists?

Therapists invest time and energy opening and reviewing a client's file and coordinating a mutually agreed upon day/time for sessions.  As a result, if a client requires considerable amount of the Therapist's time in planning a session, agrees upon a date/time, books and pay for the session (s) then decides to cancel ad requests a refund,  there shall be a $70 CDN admin fee charged to the client when processing a refund.  If the client decides to cancel less than two business days prior to the appointment, no refund shall be provided.  If the Therapist has already invested considerable time preparing for an upcoming session, as is the case with all personalized hypnotherapy sessions,  no refund shall be given in the event of a client's cancellation.  All clients who request a free chat prior to booking a session are required  to read this policy and agree to abide by it when requesting paid sessions, without exception.
